General Terms & Conditions of Use
Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on the ckkkk platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each user may only create one account — if multiple accounts are found, they will be suspended. It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure, and sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized access must be reported to our support team immediately.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
All financial transactions on the ckkkk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum limits apply to deposits and withdrawals and may change from time to time. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process, and we reserve the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is completed. Accounts may be temporarily suspended in the event of suspicious or fraudulent transactions. All payment methods must be valid and registered in the user's own name.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All games on the platform are conducted fairly and transparently, with outcomes determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The use of bots, automation software, or any form of manipulation to play games is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Any attempt to exploit bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts. If an internet connection is lost during a gaming session, the outcome of that round will be determined according to server logs. In the event of any dispute, ckkkk's decision shall be considered final.
Account Closure & Restrictions
Users may request to close their account at any time, and we will action this within a reasonable timeframe. However, if evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or illegal activity is found, we reserve the right to close the account without prior notice. If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned once verification is completed. Bonus or promotional balances may be forfeited in the event of a terms violation. Self-exclusion requests made under our responsible gaming policy will be processed on a priority basis.
Right to Modify Terms
Ckkkk reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through platform notifications.
